Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothee
What you’ll need:
Vanilla protein powder (see my favorite here)
1/4 can pumpkin purée
8 oz milk (I use raw, but almond or coconut works too)
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1/16 tsp ground ginger
Dash of ground nutmeg
Dash tsp ground cloves
Handful of ice
Whipped cream (see recipe here)
Combine all ingredients except the whipped cream into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and add a dollop of whipped cream.
